Whipped Yoghurt and feta DIP

Ingredients

  • 200g Feta Cheese, crumbled
  • 1 pot GA Plain Low Fat Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • ½ clove of Garlic, or any flavour of your preference e.g. mint, dill, parsley or chilli flakes.
  • Aleppo pepper or red pepper flakes, chopped parsley or mint for garnish

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a food processor, place the feta, yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic. Pulse until creamy.
  2. Place in a shallow bowl, drizzle over more olive oil and garnish with pinches of Aleppo pepper and chopped parsley.
  3. Serve as a dip with pita bread, stalks of fresh vegetables.
